We are a team of professional advisors assisting and advising individuals and families in their personal affairs through our network of offices in the principal jurisdictions in Europe, Asia and Africa, with our main office located in the Principality of Monaco.

When is your personal information collected and what information do we collect?
The information we collect is usually anonymous statistical information about how you use our website (including how long you spend on our website) and where you have come from to visit our website, so that we can improve our website and learn which parts of the site are most popular with users.

Any contract we have with you when we provide advice or other services will state in our Terms and Conditions how long we will hold the information. It is our general practise to retain data for no more than ten years from conclusion of your instructions or the matter. After this time data will be deleted, so far as reasonably practical.
We regularly review the information that we hold and will securely delete information that is no longer required or is no longer relevant.
We may retain anonymised aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

Who will have access to your information?

We use a third party service provider to help maintain the security and performance of our website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the website.
